When night falls the Park District's lights come on in a dazzling display of romance. The fountain at its center glows a bright blue due to bioluminescent algae.

This majestic city lies at the heart of a giant gleaming lake and is the direct center of the world. A towering marvel of construction. Here you can find anything from shops to living space.
