She also has been shown to be blue and grey within the moonlight. Despite her appearance, some have found her to be a bit terrifying by humans. However, she is not really scary as she believes herself to be more timid and naïve about the world.

Powers/Magic
-Sally's only real power is based on precognitive abilities. Sally saw a few of them throughout the movie. Sally was able to look into a cauldron and saw Jack's demise before he got to the human world. She also saw a burning Christmas tree which meant doom for something that may happen. Some of these precognitive abilities, appear to be symbols or of ones. Which she cares about, or is close to. How she can control this power is unknown, they seem to be spontaneous.
-Stitches: Sally has the talent to take apart her body as she is a part of a doll. Sally has taken her legs off. In her encounter with Oogie Boogie, while trying to rescue Jack. Or even her entire body to escape the confines of her home. She seems to have been able to stitch herself back together in a matter of minutes. She seems to be able to not feel any pain.
Sally has an interesting set of skills, including potion-making. Sally has a bit of knowledge and understanding about magic. She wishes to delve into alchemy and magic more but seems to lack confidence in herself. Lastly, she's been known to be a good cook.
Physical Abilities: None
Weaknesses:
Naïve: When Sally was created, by the doctor, she was confined, to the lab, that she grew up in. Sally was able to escape, a couple of times in clever ways from the laboratory. For example, Sally put the doctor to sleep with deadly nightshade in his soup. However, she was always confined or forced back there. Sally has rarely ventured out of Halloween Town. Sally does not know much about the outside world. Only through what Jack has told her about it. The doctor seems to have educated her in ways. She can read and right, and even create potions.
Normal Means: Sally can be killed, by normal means. For example, the use of knives, bullets, daggers, and firearms harm her. Even injuries take time to heal.
Timid: When she was first created, Sally was very timid, not venturing far. However, in her adult years, she has come out of that shell. She cares about the people in her town. Even the frightening of monsters don't seem to scare her too much.
Jack: Jack Skellington, her one true love. Sally has worry and fear for him. She cares deeply for him. However, Sally lost a chance to show that she loves the Pumpkin King. Sally went to his rescue a few times when he needed him most. However, if someone harms Jack, Sally will find even more fearful and be controlling towards her.
Confined: Much like the confines of her doctor's lab. Sally can be confined. For example, by binds of chains and other means of a rope. Which can hold her down, and she will not be able to move.

Personality:
Sally is a kind and good soul. Despite being born in a lab, she was very naive and timid. Though some of this has shaved off, she has learned not to be fearful of the members of Halloween Town and trusts most of them despite their scary appearance. Sally has a clever and intelligent woman. She has shown to be forgiving towards others, even if they have made mistakes. Sally has managed to get over this fear. She looks past some of the scary people in the town that she has grown up in.
Sally has some talents of learning how to sew, stitch herself back together, potion-making, and even a bit of magic. Sally knows that she is clever and intelligent if only the doctors and her friends have been able to allow her to show these dreams of hers. She has been shown, on more than one occasion, to outsmart her creator. After she escaped to see Jack and jumping. She had overheard Jack at least once showing that he was unhappy about the "same old thing" and could empathize with him as she hid under one of the gravestones. Sally can be independent, look after herself, despite her creator, the doctor telling her otherwise. As the only thing holding her back now is herself. Sally has even shown to have care towards delicate things. Such as flowers, a stray cat, that she found in the gate towards the graveyard and Zero.
Sally is well aware that her form scares others. However, she tries to be kind to most even those who have treated her cruelly. Have often seen a very kind and compassionate person. She seems to have a love of flowers, cats, and all living and dead things alike. Sally goes by the belief that you shouldn't judge someone by their appearance alone. She judges them by their heart and personality. She is an example of that herself.
History:
In the movie, Sally was created by Doctor Finklestein, who keeps her confined to her castle. She barely has any freedom in it, and has more than once escaped from it. After going to go see the Halloween celebration where they crown Jack again, as the Pumpkin King, the doctor catches her, and drags her back to the lab. She manages to escape as she pulls her arm off, and runs off, leaving her arm behind. She follows Jack to Spiral Hill where she hears him sing his famous song Jack's Lament. As how he is tired of the 'same old thing' and wishes to do something else besides being Pumpkin King while hiding behind one of the grave stones. And she can sympathize to him. However, she doesn't approach him.
Sally goes back to the laboratory, as she gets her arm reattached. Jack tells the town about his encounters in Christmas town. The only one who seems to be thrilled about this right away, appears to be Jack as he must warm the town up about the new idea of Christmas. Sally later escapes the doctor as he locked her up in her room. She gave him her dinner which had been laced with deadly nightshade, only to fall asleep after eating some of it. Sally then gets a basket with some wine in it as she brings it up to Jack at his house. She is too bashful and scared to meet up with him as she flees, before managing to speak to him.
Sally soon plucks a forget-me-not flower from one of the nearby flower beds. As she witnesses it burn in fear. Sally believes this is a sign that Jack's plan for Halloween and Christmas together, will be an absolute disaster.
On the night of Christmas Eve, Sally puts her plan into motion as she attempts to stop Jack from going. She puts "Fog Juice" into the town fountain that quickly engulfs the town into an immense fog. However, this didn't stop Jack as he used Zero to 'light the way' for him. After seeing the military firing upon Jack and burning into flames. She went to go rescue Santa who was sent to the Oogie Boogie man. She manages to help rescue him while she distracted him with her legs. Once Santa was freed, the man quickly went back to bring toys to all the good children.
Sally walks to Spiral Hill once more, as Jack follows her, realizing that she has been the one he has loved all along. And upon one snowy night with the moon. The two exchange a true love's kiss.
