Appearance: Az is one of the tallest people in Kalos, standing at 9 feet tall. He has long flowing hair that goes down past his ankles. Az has been described, as a disheveled old man. Az has an old jacket. It is weathered, torn, and wears long pants. Az has a key around his neck that might've belonged to the Ultimate Weapon, and it is rusted with age. He also has a scarf that covers most of his face. It shows an eye, and on occasions, his face. Az has a bit of an odd look and sometimes freighted others by his appearance and his size. He also has a bag with all of his belongings in it. Az wears an orange hat on his head. Az is estimated to be about 3, 000 years old with a distant relative known as Lysander, who had been the leader of the villainous Team Flare. His hair now, aged white appears to have been brown in one picture showing him when he had been much younger.

Longevity: Due to being granted 'eternal life' Az has been around for about 3, 000 years. His aging has slowed down. Due to experiencing the energy of the Ultimate Weapon some form of unknown energy flowed through him. It caused him to grow much taller and his aging slowed down. However, he can still be killed by any normal means.
Physical Abilities: None
Weaknesses:
-Grief: Due to prolonged suffering and grief that Az felt his body is old worn and torn from the pain that he felt of loosing his beloved pokemon. Perhaps some of it is due to punishment on himself. Az was not the man he used to be and has regretted a lot of mistakes he made on the way.
-Still Human: Az is still human and can be killed by any other means such as poisons, knives, swords ect
-Arrogant: In his younger years, Az was very arrogant and this often caused him to have a search for great power. He often would stop at nothing to get his way.
-Selfish: Due to being selfish Az didn't realize that he had hurt many around himself at the sacrifice of many pokemon to bring back his beloved floette. He didn't realize his actions had hurt thousands.
Anger: Though he is slow to anger now, Az has shown that he was angry when his beloved pokemon Floette was killed during the war and thus caused him to build the ultimate weapon. He was blindsided by this and often didn't see that his suffering was in the wrong place. Eventually time allowed that anger to heal.

Personality: In his younger days, Az had been a kind-spirited boy. He grew up surrounding himself with pokemon, kindness, and friendship. The two went everywhere together and did just about everything together. They were inseparable. However, when the war came, it changed Az, as he lost his pokemon, and Floette was forced to go into it. It caused great pain and suffering. None felt it more than Az as he brought back a box with his pokemon's flower in it. It caused him to become very sad and angry for the ones that took his beloved pokemon. He took his anger out on those who had caused the war. Az builds an ultimate machine in the form of a glass flower out of rage.
Az in his older years is now soft-spoken. He sometimes barely utters a word towards others as he seeks to be left alone. He oftentimes is found wandering and exploring places with Floette once more. Az isn't much of a looker. However, he has shown to be intelligent. The former king later regretted his actions in the past. Az can show that he has a kind heart and tries to make up for actions in the past. Az has never really felt the trust and love towards humans as he seeks to be on his own. His appearance is more of a hermit. Thus, making him a little bit mysterious. If you are lucky enough to find and speak to him, Az may give you a bit of wisdom or advice.
History: A long time ago, a young man, named Az would be destined to be king. He had a friendship with a pokemon named Floette. She was a flower pokemon, and the two went everywhere together and did everything. While The man grew up, he soon found that Floette had to go and participate in a war in a faraway land. This loss pained him to say goodbye as Az bid pokemon farewell. Az hoped to see the pokemon again, but that never came. Instead, he was sent a box with the flower that the pokemon had once held in its precious hands. This anguish had caused Az to have much grief and anger. He thought of the next thing towards his answer of losing his beloved pokemon. Az had created the ultimate weapon, which was a large, heart flower in glass. The Ultimate weapon he made, created bursts of unknown energy and down towards the earth's lands.
He soon awoke his pokemon again, but she left him. She saw that he had caused so much anger and hatred. He wasn't the man that she knew. While she left, he was preoccupied with finishing the war. One more blow from the ultimate weapon did it. The machine turned pokemon into stone.
With the war now over, Floette could tell, the man's heart was broken, and he was likely never going to change from it. He soon was sending himself on a quest to find her and slowly started to age. Time changed and went. The war is eventually forgotten. It became a distant memory towards the people who lived in Kalos.
Then the new face appeared as the hero would encounter Az several times. Az has first met the hero in the desert after defeating Team Flare as he had been still searching for his friend, the flower pokemon. However, he didn't seem to interact long and quickly left. Then once more showing himself as he had been put behind bars by Lysander. Lysander later explained that he was going to reopen the ultimate weapon. Lysander had built the lab right where the dormant legendary pokemon was sleeping. Xerneas or Yvtail's energy would be used to power the ultimate weapon once more. After the hero finds the legendary pokemon, either Xerneas or Yvtail, Lysander activates the flower again, in a fit of rage after losing a battle to the hero. However, there was a big mistake as the energy redirected, hitting the secret base, and destroying it as Lysander believed to be dead under the fallen rubble and rocks. The hero and Az manage to make it out alive. The town was destroyed. However, there were hopes of rebuilding it.
After the hero defeats the Elite Four, Az makes one final appearance before asking the hero to battle him. Once he is defeated, Floette returns to Az as she sees that he has been healed. Az's heart is restored, returning to the way he was. As he leaves the ceremony for the new champion, Az suddenly falls through an unknown portal with Floette before ending up in Median. Now trying to find his way around and navigate in this very confusing and odd world.
