The cloak allows him to fly 25 miles per hour. The cloak is nearly indestructible escaping damage from violent confrontations. Weak Hands: At least in one point in his life, Dr. Strange was unable to use his hands or even write his name after his car accident that caused his career as a surgeon at a loss. Dr. Strange sought out medicine to where he could recover what he had lost and eventually gave some feeling back in his hands. At times he complains of aches and pain and often not feeling anything at all since his nerves had been destroyed. He is able to write again but it is a shadow of his former self.
Bound Hands: Dr. Strange must have his hands free and can not be bound in anyway. He can be bound by use of other magic or even as being held down by rope or chains he is unable to perform his magic at all.
Still Human: Dr. Strange still is human and therefore can die like a normal human. He can be poisoned, burned, shot at, and suffer a great amount of injury and can be killed by normal means. Strange can be over powered by blows from the Hulk or anyone stronger than him.
Science based: It has been shown that Strange is weaker against science based opponents or those who have used technology against him.
Astro Plane: While Strange is in the Astral Plane he leaves his body behind he often is risking it as he is no longer able to defend his body while he is in a meditative like state. He will come to find anybody he trusts to look after him. He can not move, feel, or even tell what is going on in the other plane before he returns to his body. Strange is incredibly vulnerable at this point and time so an enemy will often try to take advantage of it.
Eye Damage: Dr. Strange had damage from his eye due to a fight with Baron Mordo he had an eye patch covering it until he was able to fix it. It left a scar but he has it under an illusion spell not to scare others.

Personality: Dr. Strange is intelligent and can complicate scientific questions and understand complicated math. Strange is a skeptic at first towards magic. But after witnessing magic, Strange was able to have an acceptance towards magic. Strange has been able to befriend many in the magic and the nonmagic world. Because of this, Strange has formed allies with the Avengers and other teams alike. Strange also has collected rare artifacts over the years, as he housed the dangerous and magical ones away from humans to protect others from harm.
Strange has become a hero as he has saved many and protected those from Dormammu and other dangerous beings from different dimensions. Strange has an understanding of the responsibilities of being a hero. And his actions, later on, were going to be dangerous and may be costly to his own life. Strange is willing to risk his life and try to save others in the heat of the moment. However, he often prefers quiet moments where he spends his days reading and studying back at the Sanctum Sanctorium.
Despite Stephen's heroics, he has his weaknesses in temper, arrogance, and anger in his form. Stephen's hands were temporarily healed by the Ancient One by the use of magic. However, he appears to have shown that they still can suffer a bit where his nerves will feel pain and not be able to move. Strange doesn't know everything. Strange will often look for the answer to a complicated question. For now, Strange is more than happy to help those who need it. If the civilians are lucky enough to find his Sanctum Sanctorium in Median City. Those unfortunate people will often find an empty lot... At first.
Strange has oftentimes, taken other heroes under his wing as he saw the potential for a young magical user named Raven and has been teaching her magical and mystic arts.
History: Dr. Strange born Stephen Strange was the son of Eugene and Beverly Strange. After growing up with a relatively normal childhood, Strange was arrogant and a childhood protégé. He soon passed through college and became a top surgeon within his grasp. Strange got his medical degree at New York-Presbyterian Hospital Life was good as Strange had fame and a decent job. He also had money and a roof over his head. Things would turn tragic as his mother died, and about two years later, his father died. The depression hit him hard. It later caused a rift between him and his brother for neglecting his remaining family.
However, after an awful day of driving fast down one road as Strange was out in his car, it had flipped over. Though Strange survived it, he had been suffering. Stephen's hands were destroyed, and the nerves in his hands were damaged beyond repair. It took many surgeries to get them back, but this ruined Strange's career as a surgeon. Stephen was about to give up when he began to become desperate. Strange wanted to try and search out other means of repairing his hands. He sold everything, his house, and his wealth to travel.
After hearing rumors about the Ancient One, Strange pawned the last of his possessions to get a ticket to go east and found the Ancient One's temple, where he pleaded for the Ancient one to try and cure his hands. At first, the elderly Ancient One refused and told Strange to leave. However, Strange had stayed during a sudden blizzard that came to the area as he took shelter at the temple. Strange witnessed a fight between the Ancient one and one of his students named Baron Mordo, who had brought up an army of skeletons which the ancient one had quickly managed to dispel. Strange went to confront Baron Mordo. Strange did not believe what he saw. He was skeptical about this magic. He was a man of science. Strange later decided the only way to stop Baron Mordo was to learn magic himself. Strange accepted the Ancient One's offer of becoming a student under their terms.
Strange spent years training with the Ancient one, later finding out that the Ancient one had been the one who was to be the next successor. Strange learned many spells. After Strange was accepted by the Ancient one and studied for many years, he would often rival Baron Mordo, and the two would clash fighting for different reasons, and Strange was on the side of good. But The Ancient One could tell that Strange would be far more superior than Baron Mordo, who had left seeking a higher power.
Strange eventually returned to New York City. However, he seemed to keep out of the spotlight as many new heroic parts started to appear. He was aloof as he didn't seem to have any interest in the heroes such as the Fantastic For and the newly formed Avengers. He kept to himself and had been working on his project as he was starting to build the Sanctum Sanctorium in New York City right under their noses.
The Doctor would eventually encounter a young Spider-Man and go on several missions with him. Strange was impressed by the young hero's bravery. This was right around the time, when Strange started to notice the heroes as they were arriving in bigger numbers. He knew he had a duty and a job to keep the mystical arts out, and he was aware of the consequences that came with it.
At one point, Doctor Strange once again clashed with Baron Mordo after the two were in a fight, leaving them battered, bruised, and injured. Strange suddenly saw a malfunction, or at least, what he thought was one. A portal opened up that he didn't make, and it sent him through to another dimension. As it appears, most heroes or villains that had come through his were more willing to come. Strange eventually set up another Sanctum Sanctorium in a hidden part of Median City.
