Lady Alcina Dimitrescu
Name: Countess Alcina Dimitrescu
Nickname: Lady D, Lady Dimitrescu, Countess
Canon or OC: Canon
Fandom: Resident Evil
Age: 107(Roughly)
Species: Mutated human
Name of Homeworld: Earth, Romanian mountains
Sexuality: Bisexual
Face Claim: Video game appearance
Alcina has quite the distinct appearance, harkening back to the stereotypes of vampires spoken of for centuries. Her skin is a pale white or pale gray depending on lighting and yellow eyes (that glow when making use of her mutations), giving her an almost morbid, deathly appearance contrasted by deep black hair and delicate features in her face. She is unnaturally tall at 9' 6", easily towering over the tallest man in recorded history and weighing at 450 lbs. Despite this tall stature, Alcina is quite slender in her build and has a voluptuous, hourglass figure with a sizeable bust and wide hipline, something of which many consider quite attractive and irresistible.
Her attire is also custom to fit her larger body, taking cues from Victorian nobility and 50s fashion bringing together influence from her noble heritage as well as a more modern twist. Most often, she is seen wearing a long white silk dress, black heels and leather gloves, a wide-brimmed black hat, and often has pearls, a broach with three black roses as a nod to her three daughters, a black choker bearing the Dimitrescu family insignia, and makeup especially bright red lipstick. Her hair is also most often done in 50s style, but generally anything to make use of her curly hair.
Weapons:
Elongated talons
Powers/Magic
As a result of experimentation conducted by Mother Miranda, Alcina had a Cadou parasite implanted in her body and was found to have a strong affinity for the parasitic Mold. Though not nearly as strong as her adoptive brother, Heisenberg, it was enough that Alcina gained a number of abilities typical of the parasite. In her case, she gained superhuman strength, durability, and stamina, as well as exceptional biological regenerative properties easily being able to shrug off conventional gunfire and weapons. Such regenerative abilities has also made Alcina effectively immortal, not looking a day over 44 when she was first turned into a mutant. Alcina can likewise assimilate biological material into her form with the consumption of blood, flesh, and bone, increasing her abilities and maintaining a stable transformation.
With the Cadou's influence, Alcina has some limited shapeshifting but requires the regular consumption of blood and flesh to maintain proper stability. On a smaller scale, she can turn her nails into razor sharp claws and retract them at will, easily able to rend through solid stone and metal, and is capable of manifesting her wings and tail. On a larger scale, Alcina can transform herself in a massive draconic creature made of biological material and visible tendrils due to the Cadou parasite, making her roughly 30 feet long from her segmented mouth of various teeth to tail tip. This grants her greater strength and durability, being able to easily tear apart the stonework of her castle, flight of which she is quite maneuverable in the air, and summon insectoid-like creatures from her maw. She is still capable of speech through a vaguely humanoid figure mounted on the back.
That said, as a mutant connected to the Megamycete in Romania, Alcina's consciousness is connected to this network and those likewise mutated to it. She also has enhanced senses of taste and smell.
Physical Abilities:
In her humanoid and mutated forms, Alcina has superhuman strength, durability, and stamina, as well as the capacity to shapeshift to some extent. She likewise is an adept businesswoman, winemaker, and beautiful singer, and has some skill in seduction and manipulation.
Weaknesses:
Though Alcina is a strong mutant, her mutation is somewhat unstable requiring the consumption of flesh and blood thanks to her hereditary blood disease passed down in her family.
Given her mutation can become uncontrollable, Alcina also feels a great deal of pain when she transforms and takes time to return to her normal human form.
When transformed to her dragon form, Alcina becomes more insane and animalistic as well as leaving her an open target upon her form's back.
Given her large size in both forms, Alcina is somewhat slower than the average human and does require to bend down, duck, or use brute force to get around or attack.
Alcina can also be seen as overconfident, arrogant, and unrelenting, something of which can be exploited to draw out her frustration and anger, making her sloppy and irrational.

Personality:
Alcina is a calm and collected woman of posh nature and elegant poise. She does not anger easily, and can be snobbish towards those she thinks are beneath her. When she does get mad though, her enticing appearance becomes a harbinger of wrath, and she is quite capable of holding grudges against those who have wronged her or failed her leader, by side, Alcina has strict, merciless and cruel nature toward her maids, who's punishment ultimately leads them to their demise for breaking Alcina's rules.
While arrogant and untrusting of the other houses, she cares for her daughters and is protective of them, and while she is very loyal to Mother Miranda, she is not above being displeased with her decisions. Though Alcina was loyal to Mother Miranda, she was willing to betray her so she could get revenge on Ethan for killing her daughters. She also, given her vampiric and cannibalistic needs, quite literally, sometimes plays with her food.
Likely due to being mutated for decades and only having to answer to Miranda, Alcina has lost any human common sense and become delusional. She blames Ethan for killing her daughters, completing ignoring he only did so in self-defense because they were trying to kill him themselves. While assaulting him after hanging up on Miranda, she also says that he stole from her, when nothing she would actually care about was taken. Alcina also had three chances to kill Ethan, but blew them; his immediate capture, catching him in his dressing room and surprising him in the dungeon.
Following her mutation, Dimitrescu’s aristocratic and regal demeanor vanishes and she becomes far more frenzied and animalistic. Though retaining most of her personality and intelligence, she is also driven by hunger likely in order to maintain her more unstable form and makes multiple threats to devour Ethan. She as well retains her arrogant and sadistic nature although it leads to her death, Dimitrescu mocks Ethan over the fact that he will never see his own daughter again (likely viewing it as justice for murdering her own daughters, uncaring about their violent and maniacal nature).
History:
Alcina Dimitrescu was born into the noble Dimitrescu family sometime before the Great War, and through this ancestry inherited a hereditary blood disease, possibly porphyria cutanea tarda. Although her family traced their origins to Cesare, one of the four founders of an isolated mountain village in Europe, Alcina herself lived elsewhere, perhaps through a cadet branch. At some point in her youth, likely the 1930s, she had a brief music career in the emerging Jazz scene, where she went by the name "Miss D" and played with a band called "The Pallboys" (one of their CD songs would later end up in the Winters' home decades later, with Rose Winters taking a liking to it). In the aftermath of the Second World War and the abolition of the nobility, Dimitrescu returned to her family's former lands, which had fallen under the control of a neopagan cult worshipping the Black God.
Prior to 1958, at the age of 44, Dimitrescu was lured by the cult leader, Mother Miranda, to a crypt beneath the village cemetery, where she was surgically implanted with a Cadou parasite. The purpose of this experiment was to determine her viability as a candidate who could become host to a parasitic intelligence at a later date. This experiment mutated Alcina's body considerably, granting her regenerative capabilities, retractable claw-like nails, and the ability to transform into a dragon-like monster and back again. Moreover, the parasite halted her aging process, maintaining her appearance perpetually. In spite of these impressive biological changes, the resulting mutation did not nullify her blood disease. As a result, Dimitrescu needed a ready supply of fresh human blood to maintain her health, and was therefore judged by Miranda to be a failure.
Although Dimitrescu was no use as a host, her claim to Castle Dimitrescu was recognized by Miranda and she was allowed to take residence in the village as one of the Four Lords, who would maintain order over the native peasantry while aiding Miranda in Cadou research. Upon inhabiting the estate, Dimitrescu took over her family's vineyard and wine-distribution business as a means of supporting herself.
Relishing in her reclaimed noble status, Dimitrescu developed extreme caste-based views of society, seeing herself as second only to Miranda herself. She openly loathed the other three house Lords, particularly Karl Heisenberg, whom she frequently argued with. She privately bemoaned that she was not Miranda's favorite, instead being treated the same as all the others. Despite this, Dimitrescu's alliance with the other houses allowed her to rule her castle with barbarous cruelty, regularly taking in new staff to replace those who had been taken to her dungeon to be killed and drained of blood for sustenance.
Dimitrescu's own experiments with Cadou appear to have been limited, as the only confirmed instance was an experiment begun by Miranda and monitored by Dimitrescu. In this experiment, the corpses of three women were implanted with Cadou parasites. Over the course of about a week, the Cadou produced fly-like organisms which then consumed the flesh of all three bodies. Having assimilated the DNA of these women, the flies merged to mimic their human shapes and slowly adapted their likenesses. Dimitrescu immediately formed a bond with these three women, whom she named Bela, Daniela and Cassandra, and came to regard herself as their mother. They obeyed Dimitrescu without question, and were similar to her in that they were ageless and reliant on vampirism for sustenance. However, they were incapable of withstanding cold temperatures, thus remaining trapped within the confines of Castle Dimitrescu.
Over the next seventy years, Dimitrescu and her daughters systematically consumed the flesh and blood of local peasants and servants alike. The blood of maids was extracted and combined with grapes to create Sanguis Virginis (Latin for "Maiden's Blood"), a traditional Dimitrescu family wine. The female victims, now infected with Mold, lived on as Moroaicǎ and Samcă, while male victims were consumed and then hollowed out to be turned into scarecrows for the castle vineyard. Dimitrescu's reign of terror was not without resistance, however, as one villager is known to have stolen a family heirloom - the Dagger of Death's Flowers - in an attempt to assassinate her with its poisoned blade. The attempt failed and he was buried with the dagger in the Tower of Worship to keep it hidden from any others who might seek to harm her.
In February 2021, Miranda's search for a viable host was finally fulfilled with the discovery of Rosemary Winters, a superhuman born to an American family afflicted by the Mold. In the early hours of Tuesday February 9, Miranda returned to the village with the stolen baby. Each of the Lords was then given possession of a flask containing a different body part of the child, with Dimitrescu being charged with guarding the "Head Flask". With these body parts, Miranda planned to revive the baby with the Mold in order to turn her into a host for her deceased daughter, Eva. As considerable biomass was required to accomplish this feat, Miranda ordered the Four Lords to murder their servants and the villagers. By the end of the morning, anyone who remained in Dimitrescu's employ was brutally slaughtered or turned into a Lycan.
Along with the other three Lords, Alcina attended an emergency meeting to discuss how to deal with Ethan Winters, Rose's father, who had been captured and put on trial before Miranda and the houses. Alcina implored Miranda to give her custody over Winters, claiming that her daughters "love to entertain foreigners", though Miranda decided to let Heisenberg dispose of Winters instead, prompting a loud argument between Dimitrescu and Heisenberg. Winters managed to escape Heisenberg and, believing that Rose might be in Dimitrescu's domain, entered her castle. Alcina's three daughters quickly found and subdued him, bringing him before Lady Dimitrescu herself. Although Alcina's daughters planned to consume Winters, Alcina informed them she would have to tell Mother Miranda first and commanded them to incapacitate Winters instead, ordering them to impale both of his hands with sickle chains and suspend him from the ceiling.
Prying himself free in due course, Winters traversed the halls of Castle Dimitrescu in search of his daughter, only to be cornered by Daniela, Bela, and Cassandra throughout, eventually killing Bela and Daniela by exposing them to the cold air outside. Upon discovering her daughters' remains, Alcina demanded Cassandra to find and kill him, despite Miranda's orders that Winters be kept alive. In spite of the family's efforts, Cassandra fell to Winters as well, forcing Alcina to find him herself. Alcina encountered Winters trying to sneak into her bedroom and, falsely claiming that she never had Rose to begin with, pummeled him through the floor in a fit of rage, inadvertently allowing him to escape through the catacombs below. Dimitrescu followed closely behind, declaring she would hunt him down and break him for killing her daughters, prompting Winters to defiantly snarl back at her. However, he did not get far before having his hand sliced off by Alcina, who interposed with sadistic resolution that he would pay with his life for insulting House Dimitrescu and ending her bloodline.
As Winters entered the Dimitrescu family crypt, Alcina grabbed him from behind and impaled him in the stomach with her claws. It was just in that crucial moment that Ethan went to counteract did Alcina find herself suddenly swallowed up by a mysterious darkness, saved from a fate that would mean death and instead finding herself dropped into another world entirely.
